The warrantor warrants to the original purchaser that the Wood Plastic Composite (WPC) fence products and Aluminum Alloy T5 components, including posts and gate frames, will be free from material defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service conditions.
Warranty Periods
WPC Residential Applications: 15 years from the original purchase date.
WPC Commercial Applications: 10 years from the original purchase date.
Aluminum Alloy T5 Components – Posts & Gate Frames: 25 years from the original purchase date for both residential and commercial applications.
Saltwater Proximity Clause: If aluminum components are installed within 500 feet of water or salt spray, the warranty period for the aluminum components is restricted to 2 years.
What the Warranty Covers
Under normal use and service conditions, covered WPC composite fence products are warranted against:
- Splitting
- Splintering
- Rotting
- Structural damage caused by termites
Aluminum Alloy T5 components are warranted against structural failure and severe manufacturing defects.
Material-Only Coverage – No Installation
This warranty covers replacement of materials only. The warrantor does not pay for or cover:
- Labor costs
- Installation costs
- Removal costs
- Reinstallation costs
- Freight costs
These costs remain the responsibility of the customer when defective materials are replaced under the warranty.
Stain & Fade Resistance
WPC products are engineered to be highly resistant to fading and staining when properly maintained, but no composite material is completely stain-proof or fade-proof.
Required Maintenance
Customers are required to clean and wash their WPC composite fence at least once every year to maintain warranty coverage.
The warranty does not cover:
- Staining caused by spilled substances that are not promptly cleaned.
- Natural fading resulting from years of prolonged exposure to UV rays and harsh weather conditions.
Warranty Claims
If a defect is discovered during the applicable warranty period, the original purchaser must notify the warrantor in writing within 30 days of discovering the defect.
A warranty claim must include:
- Valid proof of purchase.
- A detailed description of the alleged defect.
After the claim has been reviewed and validated, the warrantor may, at its sole discretion, replace the defective materials or issue a prorated refund according to the WPC warranty schedule.

Warranty Exclusions
This limited warranty does not cover product failure, malfunction, or damage resulting from:
- Failure to perform the required yearly washing and cleaning of WPC panels.
- Improper installation or failure to follow installation guidelines and local building codes, including improper gapping.
- Movement, distortion, or settling of the ground or supporting structure.
- Flooding, hurricanes, earthquakes, or other Acts of God.
- Environmental conditions, including air pollution, mold, or mildew.
- Staining caused by dirt, concrete dust, grease, oil, hard-water mineral deposits, or other foreign substances.
- Abuse, neglect, improper handling, or improper storage by the purchaser or third parties.
